Chad is a great guy to deal with. I had bought a new car from him in 2002 and I’d come to deal with him any day of the week. He even remembered me. I told him he’d been sending Christmas cards etc to myself and husband for years so naturally I had a connection to him.

He showed me exactly what I was looking for. We sat down and I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle. He took me out to test drive it and naturally I fell in love with it.
